We want all our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Change of Mind: we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or on sale items.
Faulty or Damaged Items: if you’ve received a defective or incorrect product: contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To address this issue promptly and comprehensively, we kindly request the following details:
1. Order number or name of store purchased at, for the batch in question.
2. Picture of batch number printed on the packs (you will find this at the back of the packet)
3. Expiry date of the affected product.
4. Quantity and size of the packs (e.g. 20 pack or 80 pack).
If approved, you may choose: online credit voucher (no expiry) product exchange (you cover return shipping) or refund (only if no suitable replacement is accepted)
Returned items must be: In original condition, Unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Luvme reserves the right to deny returns if items are not received in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene regulations, the following cannot be returned unless faulty: cloth Nappies, reusable Inserts, breast Pads, underwear, swimwear, custom or personalized items and/or perishable or hazardous goods.
We do not accept returns on: Gift cards, Sale/clearance items.
Return Instructions
All returns must be pre-approved via email. Unapproved returns will not be accepted. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise arranged.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Product Storage Disclaimer
Please store your Luvme products correctly (e.g., wipes in a cool, dry place, lids sealed). We are not responsible for product degradation due to improper storage
